The Retrievable Packer is designed with mechanical setting and double grip used in oil well fracture acidizing service, which is also called RTTS packer in Halliburton type. The retrievable packer is essential tool to run drill stem testing for cased hole to isolate and seal the downhole formation. It is normally operated by mechanical lifting and rotating to setting and unsetting.

Most important the packer can segregate bidirectional pressure, double grips with hydraulic hold-down and mechanical slips to prevent the packer pumped out from hole due to high pressure from formation
