ROS-Y600 multi-function hydraulic well drilling rig series mainly
applied to mining drilling, industrial and civil drilling, water
well drilling and ground temperature drilling. It has the
advantages of large diameter of drilling hole, deep drilling, fast
footage, and high efficiency.
Brief introduction of crawler type hydraulic down the hole drill
The crawler type hydraulic down the hole drilling rig adopts diesel
engine (motor) - hydraulic oil pump unit to provide power for the
hydraulic motor of the drilling rig to walk, rotate, push and lift,
and position the swing angle of oil cylinder. Only the DTH impactor
consumes compressed air during drilling operation. Compared with
all pneumatic drilling rig, energy (fuel or electricity)
consumption is saved by 40% - 50%. ROS-Y600 crawler type hydraulic
down the hole drilling rig is mainly used in open pit mining,
hydropower engineering, road construction and other rock
engineering drilling operations.
Main Features:
1. Crawler Driving Gear: the designed motor with a speed reduction
gearbox prolongs the service life
2. Hydraulic oil pump: It uses parallel gearbox (which is a patent)
to separate oil pump monomer, supply adequate power and distribute
reasonable. The hydraulic system adopts unique design, which is
easy to maintain and can lower the maintenance cost.
3. Rotary head device: integrated casting gearbox , dual motor
power, large torque, durable, small maintenance costs
4. Drill chassis: the professional excavator chassis provides
durability and strong load capacity, the wide roller chain plate
causes small damage to the concrete pavement
5. Lifting force: patent designed composite arm with small size yet
long stroke, double cylinder lifting, strong lifting capacity
6. The lift arm is installed with a limiter to protect cylinder and
ensure the safety of work
7. Each hydraulic tubing is covered with a protective shell to
effectively extend the service life of pipeline.
