I. Characteristics of Impeller Feeder / Rotary Valve
The impeller feeder / Rotary Valve's structure is closed, the shape is beautiful and use very
convenient.The operation is very stable and the noise is low. Due to the bearing and tooth box are some distance from the shell,
the high temperature lubrication has been greatly improved.
Our factory can also be designed and produced according to the
requirements of users.
II. Working principle and structural characteristics of Impeller Feeder / Rotary Valve
The impeller feeder/ rotary valve is mainly made uo by motoro,reducer,shell, transmission shaft,impeller and end cover. Because the bearing and reducer of the
machine are protruding outward, the phenomenon that dust can be
squeezed into the bearing and large particle material can be
avoided. When rotary valve working, the deceleration motor drives
the impeller to rotate through the coupling, the material in the
upper part of the shell is brought evenly to the lower part, and
the material is transported away by the next device.
III. Instructions for use of Impeller Feeder / Rotary Valve
1. The safety should be paid attention to when starting, and the hand
should not be extended to the rotor part.
2. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and reliable before use,
and whether to install overload protection.
3. This product has been added No. 00 lithium grease before leaving
the factory.
4. This product is suitable for powder dry materials and fine
particle dry materials, such as high viscosity and high humidity materials, high temperature materials need to be customized separately.
