Equipment description
Pharma bottle inspection equipment is equipped with 5 sets of
industrial cameras to inspection the defects areas such as the
outside of bottle body, bottle lip. After the system collects the
sample images, the image processing software and the standardized
sample are compared and analyzed to determine the good and the
defective products. The detected defective products are
automatically eliminated online. After the finished product is
detected, the counting function can be realized, and the counting
accuracy rate is 100%. The software will open the sample comparison
standard, and the operator on the customer site can control the
comparison accuracy and choose the most suitable accuracy standard
for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect
rate.
Note:
- Outside of bottle body inspection: program design: A set of optical
integrating cavity modules, using 4 sets of industrial cameras, can
detect the defects of bottle body defects such as black spots, oil
stains, yellow spots; bottle lip burrs and flash. The imaging
cameras do not interfere with each other. Take a comprehensive
image analysis around the bottle.
- Bottle lip inspection: A set of industrial cameras are installed
above the bottle and be used together with a set of circular visual
light sources to detect bottle lip defects such as black
spots,injection incomplete, deformation, burrs and flash
- This solution is for round medicine bottles with a height of
60-80mm. If you need to be compatible with other specifications,
the on-site operator needs to adjust the top light source and
camera when switching products, and adjust the focus of the top
camera.

After-sale service
The company has a complete technical service team and rapid
response mechanism, and has dedicated service specialists for each
customer, who can receive technical consultation and fault reports
from customers at any time. And to ensure rapid response to
customer emergencies, to ensure that customers receive satisfactory
service.During the epidemic or due to special reasons, when
after-sales engineers are unable to reach the site, the service
center can remotely adjust customer equipment for troubleshooting
and technical consultation.
After the equipment arrives at the customer site, the after-sales
engineer arrives in time to carry out equipment installation,
commissioning, and operation training. The product quality of the
whole machine is traceable, and the quality warranty period is 1
year from the date of acceptance. In the event of non-human faults
during the warranty period, after-sales engineers will quickly
arrive at the site or provide remote guidance for free maintenance.
