I. Overview.
Screw conveyor is a kind of machinery that uses a motor to drive
spiral rotation and push materials to achieve the purpose of
conveying.

5. Good airtightness, the shell is made of seamless steel pipes,
and the ends are connected by flanges to form a whole, with good
rigidity.
III. Working principle and Applictaion
The LS type screw conveyor uses a rotating screw to push the
conveyed material along a fixed casing to carry out the conveying
work. The head and tail bearings are moved outside the casing. The
hanging bearing adopts a sliding bearing and is equipped with a
dust-proof sealing device. Generally, powder metallurgy is used,
felt bearing bushes are used for conveying cement, and suspension
shafts and screw shafts are connected by sliding blocks.
LS type screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such
as building materials, chemical industry, electric power,
metallurgy, coal, food and other industries. It is suitable for
horizontal or inclined conveying powder, granular and small block
materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement , Food, etc., the
temperature of the material is less than 200℃. The LS screw
conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials that are
perishable, viscous, and easily agglomerated.
