Feature of Valve Material:
1. Material of valve body, cap, core and pole: brand new PTFE resin.
2. Sealing material: high tech sealing part, anti-corrosion for strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant and organic solvent.
3. The unique patent design piston to replace the membrane sheets.
4. Fluid and matel parts (pluger,spring) have no direct contact, that means the fluid only contact with the plastics parts such as CPVC,
5. PTFE, O-ring, which is anti-corrosive absolutely .
6. Push-in tyoe sealing structure,more reliable sealing properties.
Outstanding Chemicals Resistance:
1. PTFE is always stable almost for any chemicals such as strong acid (98% H2SO4), HNO3, HCL and its weights and performance has no any change even if it is boiled in the aqua fortis.
2. PTFE has the properties of no damping and FR as well as it is also stable for oxidant and UV light, therefore it is climate resistance, anti-oxidant, anti-stain and fragilization resistance.
3. No pollution, no toxic, no odor, high purities and chemical inerthness, it will have no any effect on the fluid medium.
4. Wide Temperature application range: -50℃ to +200℃.
