U Model Screw Conveyer advantage are : It can realize sealed
conveying, which is conducive to conveying materials that are easy

Easy loading and unloading. Horizontal screw conveyor can be loaded
and unloaded at any point on its conveying line; the vertical screw
conveyor can be equipped with a relative screw type pick-up device
with excellent pick-up performance.
Can reverse the direction of conveying, also can make a conveyor at
the same time to two directions of conveying materials, that is,
set to the center or away from the center.
The material is easy to be crushed and worn in the process of
conveying, and the wear of screw blade and trough is also more
serious.
Application scope of U Model Screw Conveyer
U Model Screw Conveyer is widely used in building materials,
metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, light industry, grain and
food industry. U Model Screw Conveyer is suitable for conveying
powder Shaped, granular, small bulk materials, such as cement, fly
ash, grain, chemical fertilizer, mineral powder, sand, soda and so
on. U-shaped screw conveyor is not suitable for transporting
materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and easy to caking.
The working environment temperature of the conveyor is usually-20
°40 °, the temperature of the conveying material is generally 20
°80 °℃, the U-shaped screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and
small inclination arrangement, and the inclination angle is not
more than 15 degrees. If the tilt angle is too large, the tubular
screw conveyor should be selected.
