Product Description

The main raw materials are soda ash and quartz sand of the dry sodium silicate production line. The process are batching, burning and forming. Our company can offer the process design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training of solid sodium silicate production line with a daily output of 10-160 tons and a molar ratio of 2.0-3.5 according to the needs of users.黄油

The quartz sand and soda ash are weighed in proportion according to the formula, and are automatically put into the furnace through the conveying device. Chemical reaction occurs at a high temperature of 1350-1450 ℃ after the materials are put into the furnace. The molten sodium silicate through air cooling or water cooling to form a glassy solid particle sodium silicate. Final products are sent to the warehouse or stacked or cooled to room temperature for sale. The reflector adopts regenerative preheater. The 1200 ℃ flue gas from tail can make air and gas preheat to 1100 ℃ and 900 ℃ respectively. Exhaust temperature dropped to below 180 ℃ to achieve energy conservation and cost reduction.
