Product Description

The main raw materials for solid sodium silicate plant are soda ash and quartz sand. This process is ingredients, firing and dissolution.Quartz sand and soda ash are weighed according to the formula and automatically fed into the furnace through a conveying device. The chemical reaction takes place at a temperature of 1350 - 1450 ° C and is placed in the furnace. The molten sodium silicate is formed into a glassy solid particulate sodium silicate by air cooling or water cooling. The finished product is sent to the warehouse or stacked or cooled to room temperature for sale. The reflector uses a regenerative preheater. The 1200 ° C flue gas from the tail can preheat the air and natural gas to 1100 ° C and 900 ° C, respectively. The exhaust gas temperature drops below 180 °C to save energy and reduce costs.
