Product Description

The main raw materials for the production of dry process (solid) sodium silicate are soda ash and quartz sand. The process is batching, firing and dissolving.The quartz sand and soda ash are weighed according to the formula ratio and are automatically put into the furnace reaction by the conveying device. After the material is put into the furnace, the chemical reaction occurs at a high temperature of 1350-1450 ° C. The molten sodium silicate is air-cooled or water-cooled to form a glassy solid particle saponin. The finished product is sent to the warehouse, or stacked or cooled to a normal temperature package for sale. The reverberatory furnace is designed with a regenerative preheater. The exhaust gas at 1200 °C can preheat the air and gas to 1100 °C and 900 °C respectively, and the exhaust gas temperature drops below 180 °C. In order to save energy and reduce consumption.
