Description:

1, The PE pipe extrusion line produces PP, PE ,PPR, ,HDPE ,LDPE and water pipe. The unit consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter and stacker etc. This line is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.

2. The extruder and die head adopt electro-magnetic induction heating system which can save 40% to 60% power. The electric part brand of extruder is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. We don't use domenstic brand which can effect extruder quality.

3. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , oridinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes.ank upper section made from stainless steel. There are two Vacuum chambers.
Height adjustment and lateral positioning.
High precision calibrating sleeves made from specify material with high outstanding thermal conductivity, high wear resistance and good sliding properties.
Automatically control water temperature and water level,
