Description:

1. The machine host extruder using the special treatment single screw extruder SJ120/33, and the foaming product is good. This series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing pipe of water supply and drainage in the field of agriculture and construction, cable and ect.

Man-machine operation interface, high automation level , The adoption of professional screw ensures good plastification, Adopts compound screw type head to clear memory function effectively, Vacuum forming, constant temperature control to remove stress of pipe material , Adopts common extruding head and adds marking color line for pipe material.

3. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes.
