Description:

1.Our Power Cable PE Pipe Extrusion Line use high efficiency single screw extruder, ensures high output capacity. The electrical parts are all of good quality, famous brands. Pipes produced by Power Cable PE Pipe Extrusion Line are of high quality.

2.PE plastic pipe extrusion machine

Unique in design, the production line is equipped with BM separate high efficient barrier screw, featuring high automation, easy operation, continuous production and reliability. Plastic pipes produced are characterized by good heat, aging, environmental stress, cracking and creep resistance, and can replace galvanized steel pipes, cast iron pipes and cement pipes, which are choicest products for gas and water transmission between cities.

3. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to 15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes.
