Description :

1. The process of produce HDPE pipe :

Feeding + Extruder + Mould + Vacuum Sizing Water Tank + Cooling Water Tank + Haul Off Machine + Cut Off Machine + Stacker

2. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.

HDPE pipe extrusion machine is primarily used in the manufacturing of HDPE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1000mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation.

3. Seperation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin. Manufacture velocity up to 15m/min.Accurate temperature control system ensures materials melting performance .Advanced PLC operation system realizes synchronization and automation .

4. Diameter: our company succeed in designing and producing the conical single extruder. Max production diameter reach 1000mm.

5. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , resonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress.

6. Nice appearance, automatic control and stable running performance.Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

The whole line can be controlled automaticlly.
