Product Description
This assembly combines SATA data and power into one practical
harness. A right-angle 7-pin SATA plug and a 4-pin power terminal
connect to the host side, while a compact 7+15-pin SATA connector
mates directly with the HDD or SSD. Shielded flat SATA cable
maintains stable high-speed signal transmission, and the twisted
power wires reduce crosstalk while keeping the routing flexible and
tidy.
Designed for dense chassis and server racks, the right-angle
connector allows the cable to exit along the drive surface, saving
space and improving airflow. The harness can be customized with
different lengths, gauges, and connector brands to fit proprietary
PCB headers and power distribution schemes.

Applications
Internal wiring of servers, NAS systems, RAID enclosures, and
DVR/NVR recorders using SATA drives.
Desktop or industrial PCs where power is supplied through a 4-pin
header instead of a standard SATA power cable.
OEM storage modules and backplanes requiring pre-terminated
harnesses for quick installation and consistent quality.
Embedded systems and instruments that integrate 2.5"/3.5" SATA HDDs
or SSDs as removable or fixed storage.
Precautions
Confirm the pin assignment of the 4-pin connector and the mating
header before installation to avoid reverse polarity or miswiring.
Ensure the total current of the drive does not exceed the rating of
the power wires, connector contacts, or PSU rail.
Avoid excessive bending, twisting, or compression of the red SATA
ribbon and twisted power bundle, especially near the connector
overmolds.
Keep SATA data lines away from strong electromagnetic noise sources
such as motor or high-current power cables.
Check that all connectors are fully inserted and latched;
periodically inspect the harness for signs of abrasion, cracking,
or overheating in long-term high-duty applications.
