Product Description
This DC jumper is a robust power connector cable designed for negative bus and grounding applications in
photovoltaic, battery and industrial DC systems. A flexible
stranded copper wire provides low electrical resistance and stable
current transmission, while high-quality insulation ensures
reliable performance under continuous load.
One end is fitted with a tinned copper ring terminal connector for secure bolted connection to busbars, battery posts or chassis
ground points. The opposite end uses a matching tinned copper fork terminal connector, allowing quick installation to screw terminals or distribution
blocks without removing the screw completely. Yellow insulated
sleeves and clear “DC PV-” marking help installers distinguish
polarity and connection position on site.
By combining controlled crimping, strain relief and 100% electrical
testing, this harness offers dependable performance for demanding
DC applications where safety, low contact resistance and long
service life are essential.

Applications
DC battery pack connection and negative busbar jumpers in energy storage cabinets
Photovoltaic inverters, combiner boxes and DC PV strings for grounding and return lines
Automotive and commercial vehicles: power distribution, auxiliary battery links and chassis grounding
wires
Telecom and server rack power systems, DC distribution units and UPS cabinets
Industrial control panels, power supplies and other electronic
equipment requiring reliable ring-to-fork terminal wiring
Precautions
Select appropriate wire gauge and terminal size according to system voltage, current and allowed temperature rise.
Ensure that mating studs and screws match the ring and fork opening
dimensions; tighten to the recommended torque to avoid loose
electrical connections.
Route the cable to avoid sharp bending, abrasion, hot surfaces or
moving parts that could damage the insulation.
Do not exceed the rated voltage or current; apply derating in high
ambient temperature or enclosed spaces.
Inspect insulation and terminals regularly; replace the harness if
there is visible damage, discoloration or corrosion to maintain
safe power transmission.
