Product Description
This 24Pin ATX power cable connector extension is designed for stable power transmission between modular power supply units and ATX motherboards or server
backplanes. Using stranded oxygen-free copper wires and precision-formed power terminals, the harness minimizes voltage drop and heat generation under
continuous load.
Each conductor is individually routed and covered with a
high-density braided sleeve, giving a clean, organized appearance
inside PC cases and server chassis while protecting the cable from
abrasion and bending. The male and female connectors are equipped with locking latches to ensure a secure fit with the
PCB header and PSU socket, even in high-vibration environments.
The design supports full customization of cable length, wire gauge, color, and labeling, making it
suitable not only for desktop systems, but also for server, workstation, and specialized electronic equipment where reliable ATX or similar 24Pin power interfaces are
required.

Precautions
Confirm that the 24Pin pin-out of the PSU and motherboard matches
before installation; incorrect wiring can damage the system.
Do not exceed the specified current per pin; select appropriate
wire gauge for high-power builds.
Avoid tight bends close to the connectors and do not pull on the cable when unplugging; always hold the
housing.
Keep the harness away from sharp metal edges, high-temperature
components, and moving fan blades.
