intelligent, cost-effective solution engineered for high-speed
sorting of small to medium-sized items. Designed to improve sorting

Built around a modular, horizontal conveying system, it combines
tray carriers, conveyor lines, tilt mechanisms, automated ID
systems, and centralized controls. Packages are placed on trays
that travel on motorized carts along a continuous loop. Once a tray
reaches its destination, the integrated tilt function gently
offloads the item into its correct chute, completing the sort with
minimal impact or error.
The system handles a variety of item types—from parcels and boxes
to rounded goods like tubes and spheres—making it more versatile
than conventional sorters. With throughput ranging from 7,200 to
10,800 pieces per hour, depending on model specifications, the
