Product introduction:
The double-plate vulcanizer and hydraulic molding machine are
optimized on the basis of the traditional plate vulcanizer, with
the following characteristics:
- Structural design
- It has two independent vulcanizing units, sharing a frame. The
two units are arranged in parallel, each equipped with a hydraulic
cylinder, heating plate and mold system. The four-column structure
is the most common. The four columns ensure the precise guidance of
the upper and lower templates during opening and closing, maintain
parallelism, so that the equipment can stably and accurately press
the product even if it operates for a long time.
- Working principle
- Based on hydraulic drive, the hydraulic pump delivers hydraulic
oil to the hydraulic cylinder, prompting the piston to drive the
movable crossbeam and heating plate downward, and close the mold
with the fixed heating plate below. During this period, the
material to be vulcanized is placed in the mold, heated by the
heating plate, and the vulcanization reaction is completed after
reaching the set temperature, pressure and time parameters. The two
units do not interfere with each other and can carry out
vulcanization operations of different specifications and different
process requirements simultaneously.
- Performance advantages
- Efficient production: Two different products can be vulcanized at
the same time with one loading, or double the number of products of
the same specification. Compared with a single vulcanizer, the
production efficiency is significantly improved, which is suitable
for order-based production with a certain scale of production
demand.
- Flexible adaptation: The pressure, temperature, time and other
parameters of the two sets of vulcanization units can be adjusted
separately, which is convenient for processing vulcanized products
of different materials, thicknesses and shapes, such as making both
thin rubber gaskets and thick plastic sheets.
- Space saving: Compared with purchasing two independent
single-unit vulcanizers, the double-unit flat vulcanizer occupies
less space, reduces the space cost investment of the factory, and
the layout is more compact and reasonable.
- Application scenarios
- Commonly used in the rubber industry, mass production of small
rubber accessories and shoe materials for automobile tires; in the
plastics industry, hot pressing and vulcanization treatment of
plastic sheets and profiles; also active in scientific research
units, assisting new materials in testing vulcanization process
parameters.

The flat plate vulcanizer has the following significant features:
- Stable structure: Most of them adopt a solid frame structure, the most common ones
are four-column type and frame type. The four-column type uses four
columns as support and guidance to ensure the smooth movement and
precise alignment of the upper and lower hot press plates, can
withstand greater pressure, and is not easy to deform after
long-term use; the frame type has stronger integrity and also
provides a stable physical basis for vulcanization operations,
which is very suitable for high-pressure conditions.
- Accurate heating and temperature control: Equipped with an advanced heating system, the hot press plate is
heated by electric heating wire or hot oil circulation, with a wide
temperature control range and an accuracy of ±1℃. It can accurately
match the specific temperatures required by different vulcanization
materials and processes, from soft rubber at a low temperature of
tens of degrees Celsius to special plastics at a high temperature
of more than 200 degrees Celsius.
- Flexible pressure control: Driven by a hydraulic system, the operator can accurately adjust
the mold clamping pressure as needed, and the pressure indication
is intuitively displayed. Whether it is a thin rubber sheet with
gentle pressure or a thick rubber block that needs high-pressure
molding, it can adapt to the appropriate pressure conditions.
- Optional degree of automation: The basic version is equipped with a manually operated valve to
control the opening and closing of the mold, pressurization,
pressure maintenance, and pressure relief processes; the advanced
version is equipped with a PLC control system, which can set the
vulcanization time, temperature, and pressure parameters in advance
to achieve an automated vulcanization cycle, reduce manual
intervention errors, and improve production efficiency.
- Good mold compatibility: The surface of the hot press plate is flat, which is convenient
for installing and replacing vulcanization molds of various shapes
and sizes to produce rubber and plastic products of different
shapes, from round sealing rings to square pads, and production can
be easily switched.
- Comprehensive safety protection: It is equipped with safety light curtains, guardrails, emergency
brake buttons and other devices to prevent operators from
accidentally touching dangerous areas. In the event of sudden
equipment failure or emergency, it can be quickly shut down to
ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
