Autel Type SYS10 Pilot Operator For Dust Collector Pulse Jet Valve
For each of them Autel supplies models with different measures of
connection from ¾ to 3”. All Autel’s models are available both with
integrated pilot and with control through remote pilot; they are
marked by high performance features. In fact, all Autel’s valves
are characterized by a quick opening which allows in a short time a
high jet and a reduced air consumption.
The Threaded Connection series is a range of electrovalves used for
cleaning filter elements in air filtration system. The
characteristic of this model is the female threaded connection
(both in output and input). The quick opening with a great volume
of air allows an high jet in a short time and a reduced air
consumption. All That is achieved from a deep studying of internal
geometrical characteristics and from a technological research on
diaphragm. This guarantees rapid opening-closing and a working for
over a million of shots.

1. Fixed core and movable core (plunger):
Adopting rustproof and corrosion-resistant material with high
magnetic conductivity and low remanence to ensure armature assembly
durable and smart acting.
2. Guide tube (plunger tube):
Options of brass and stainless steel, grade of H62 or SUS304;
Wall thickness from range of 0.25~2.5mm, others could be
customized;
Kinds of welding type to hold various working pressure, such as
laser welding, argon-arc welding, silver soldering. Machining from
entire solid bar directly is also available.
3. Spring:
Rustproof SUS304 stainless steel, with good performance of restore.
4. Seals:
Options of NBR, HNBR, FKM, EPDM, PTFE, food grade materials,
welcome your other requirements.
5 Shading ring:
Cooper and silver material available.
6. Washer and retaining nut provided if has demands.
