Test sample: Household or similar electrical appliances such as cordless irons, cordless kettles, cordless coffee makers, cordless blenders

Test principle: The two live pins of the cordless appliance (such as cordless irons, cordless kettles, cordless coffee makers, cordless blenders) are connected together and an external resistive load is connected in series with the supply. The external load is such that the current is 1.1 times rated current. Then the cordless appliance is placed on its stand and withdrawn at a rate of approximately 10 times per minute through the servo motor drives the lifting mechanism. The test is continued without current flowing for a further 10000 times for cordless kettles and cordless coffee makers and 6000 times for other cordless appliances.

Features: Built-in load or external load can be optional for this test equipment, the test times can be preset (max. 999999 times), the test time and conduction times can be recorded automatically, the testing will be stopped automatically after the preset test times are completed. Adopts floor-standing structure, with touch screen.
