Distance Braking System
overview
This intelligent safety driving assistance system calculates the
distance and left and right deviation data, and allows the driver
to receive warnings or perceive possible dangers in advance, and
can actively brake when necessary, effectively increasing driving
safety. It can be widely applied to construction sites of various
vehicles and large mechanical equipment.
This system consists of five functional systems including radar
detection system, warning system, auxiliary braking system,
human-computer interaction system and equipment operation
monitoring and management system. The radar detection system is
installed at the front and rear of the equipment, and displays and
detects The distance of the nearest object within the set range,
the system performs system calculation and analysis according to
the human-computer interaction setting, sends a designated signal

System Function System Description
Radar detection system:
This system uses a millimeter-wave radar sensor with high frequency
and stability, which has high accuracy of distance measurement and
speed measurement, and has a strong ability to penetrate smoke and
dust, and can work all-weather under severe weather conditions
(except heavy rainy days) Working all day long, it can accurately
target short-distance targets before and after the vehicle
equipment.
Warning system:
This system is an integrated system, which can be set up to five
levels of safety warning. The alarm can be set separately or
combined according to the distance and speed. The alarm mode is the
front and rear of the equipment with double LED display screen
warning loop playback and screen flashing, high-decibel buzzer
prompts external For environmental personnel, sound and light
warnings are also used in the cab.
Auxiliary brake system:
For the vibratory roller, it includes three functions of stopping
vibration, stopping walking, and braking; when pedestrians or
obstacles reach a certain distance, stop the vibration first, and
then actively stop walking and braking, and the braking time can be
set. For special vehicles, such as loaders, double brakes can be
set.
Human-computer interaction system:
Using touch screen operation, the menu is intuitive and simplified,
and the driver can set working parameters, including detection
range setting, warning message setting, auxiliary brake setting,
time calibration, etc.
Equipment operation monitoring management system:
Record the working time of the equipment, not only record the
working time of the current day (up to 10 times), but also the
accumulated time of startup and system operation, time modification
record traces, administrator login, you can clear the use record
traces.
