Versatile and Labor-Saving Slipform Paver 450 for Concrete
Structures
SMC-450 is an extrusion-type on-site forming slip-form machine,
which uses a high-strength push hammer to extrude the mixture at
the mold inlet during construction. It has the advantages of high
automation and good construction quality. By changing the mold at
the back of the main machine, various shapes of curbs and side
ditches can be laid, and it is widely used in the slipform
construction field of concrete structures such as roads, canals,
and dams. Compared with the traditional manual prefabrication, it
has the characteristics of labor saving, high efficiency and high
strength, so the cost is much lower than the traditional method,
and at the same time, the construction period is shortened and the
economic benefits are improved.
Application features:
1. Use the reciprocating push hammer to extrude the mixture, which
enhances the applicability of the slipform machine to structures of
different sizes;
2. Steering, longitudinal and transverse slopes are automatically
controlled by high-performance sensors, and the curb line is
smoother and the surface is more flat;
3. The operating platform can be rotated and disassembled, which is
easy to operate during construction and easy to remove for
protection after construction;
4. Only 7 to 8 people are needed to complete the paving work on
site (1 person drives, 1 person controls the feeding, 1 to 2 people
scrape the surface, 2 people maintain, and 2 people line the steel
wire baseline);
5. It adopts full hydraulic drive, compact structure and convenient
maintenance.
