Application range
This equipment can be used in the construction of concrete
water-retaining strips and small-end curbs in municipal roads and
expressways. Commonly known as asphalt sand forming machine, water barrier
forming machine, curb stone slip forming machine, etc. The main components of the machine are composed of diesel engine,
reducer, screw rod, hopper, mold, steering and four-wheel height
adjustment and other mechanisms.
working principle
A spiral blade is installed in front of the forming mold, and the
blade rotates continuously to push materials such as cement or
asphalt concrete into the cavity of the mold. After filling the
mold space, the concrete material will have a reaction force on the
spiral blade. When the reaction force is greater than the machine
drive When the force is applied, the machine is driven forward.
When the machine is moving forward, the curbstone or water-stop
that has been extruded will break away from the rear of the
equipment mold and remain on the working surface.
Features
It is suitable for asphalt concrete, dry hard cement concrete and
low slump cement concrete.
Curb stones can be paved on the water-stabilized layer, or
water-retaining strips or curb stones can be directly paved on the
asphalt pavement.
The line shape of the formed structure is smooth and smooth, the
color is consistent, and the appearance is more beautiful.
The molded structure is firmly inlaid with the ground, without
seams, and has a strong integrity.
The machine has a compact shape and structure, and is easy to move
and transition.
