Features:
1. The transmission modes of cylindrical ball mills include edge transmission, center transmission, edge multi-point meshing transmission, etc.; the transmission forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion, gear transmission and synchronous motor + pneumatic clutch + pinion, gear transmission.
2. Ball mills are generally supported by static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends. The bearings use fully enclosed self-aligning 120° contact rocker bearings, and single or double slipper static and dynamic pressure bearings can also be used. The bushings are processed by CNC machine tools.
3. Large open gears are designed according to AGMA standards, equipped with a reliably sealed gearbox and an automatic grease injection lubrication system.
The shell is a key component of the ball mill, and computer finite element analysis is used to ensure the reliable operation of the ball mill;
4. The shell is automatically welded, ultrasonically inspected, and annealed as a whole, and is clamped and processed by a large special machine tool at one time; special seals are used at the dynamic and static connection parts such as the inlet and outlet hoppers and ear shafts to prevent oil and slurry leakage;
