Product Overview
TSE3854DS is a one-component silicone adhesive that cures at room
temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming
flame-retardant silicone rubber. It provides primerless adhesion to
metals (copper, aluminum, etc.), plastics, ceramics, and glass,
with low odor during alcohol-based cure.
Technical Specifications
- Flame Retardant: Certified UL94 V-0 (highest rating, File No. E56745).
- Non-Corrosive: Meets MIL-A-46146B standard, protecting metal substrates.
- Primerless Adhesion: Excellent cohesive failure on most substrates (epoxy, polyester,
glass).
Exceptions: Requires primer for polyethylene (X) and acrylic resin (X); do not use primer on polycarbonate (risk of cracking). - Electrical Performance: Volume resistivity 2×10¹⁵ Ω·cm, dielectric strength 25 kV/mm,
