Quick demoulding (solid tires have no inner cavity and require

2. Main types of solid tire vulcanizers
(1) Flat plate vulcanizer (molding type)
Applicable products: small and medium-sized solid tires (such as
forklift tires, AGV tires).
Working principle:
Put the preformed rubber into the mold and pressurize and heat the
upper and lower plates (temperature 150-180℃).
Vulcanization time is adjusted according to thickness (usually
30-90 minutes).
Advantages: low investment, suitable for small-batch production of
multiple specifications.
(2) Injection vulcanizer
Applicable products: high-precision solid tires (such as medical
equipment wheels, precision industrial tires).
Working principle:
The rubber is filled into the mold through screw injection and
vulcanized under high pressure.
Advantages: no bubbles, high rubber utilization rate, but high
equipment cost.
(3) Automatic flip vulcanizer
Applicable products: large solid tires (such as port machinery

Features:
The mold can be flipped 180° for easy demoulding.
