1. Characteristics and application:

9-19, 9-26 series high pressure centrifugal fan, generally used for forging furnace and high pressure forced ventilation, and widely used to transport air and other non-spontaneous combustion, harmless to human body, non-corrosive to steel materials of gas. The body does not contain viscous substances, the dust and hard particles contained shall not exceed 150mg/m³, and the gas temperature shall not exceed 80℃.

2. Type.

Series 9-19 and 9-26 high pressure centrifugal fans are single suction type, with 13 machine numbers: NO.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16.

9-19, 9-26 series high pressure centrifugal fan can be made of right rotation and left rotation of two types, from the side of the motor, the impeller clockwise rotation is called the right fan, denoted by "right"; The impeller rotates counterclockwise to call the left cyclone, denoted by "left".

The outlet position of the fan, denoted by the Angle of the fan outlet. The "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180° and 225°. (Please indicate the rotation direction and outlet Angle when ordering, special Angle needs to be customized).

The drive mode of the fan is A (4#-6.3#) and D (7.1#-16#).

3. Structure.

The following 6.3# is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts of the distribution of direct motor, 7.1# above has the above parts in addition to the transmission part.

• Impeller: forward bending type blades are adopted, and the maximum circumferential velocity of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser is not more than 140m/s. After impeller molding by dynamic and static balance correction, excellent air performance, high efficiency, stable and reliable operation.
• Casing: made of carbon steel plate welding.
• Air inlet: the air inlet is made of a collecting streamlined overall structure, which is fixed on the front cover plate with bolts.
• Transmission group: the transmission part is composed of spindle, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high quality steel; The whole structure of the bearing box adopts ball bearings and is lubricated with mechanical oil.
