Working principle
When the double-cone mixer is in operation, the double-cone
cylinder continuously rotates around the central axis, driving the
materials inside the cylinder to rotate along with it. Under the
combined effect of gravity and centrifugal force, the materials are
constantly thrown to the edge of the cylinder and then fall due to
gravity, forming a complex movement trajectory of up and down
flipping and left and right movement. During this process,
convective mixing enables the overall regional exchange of
materials within the cylinder. Shear mixing breaks agglomeration
and promotes uniform distribution through the shear force generated
by the speed differences between materials. Diffusion mixing
enhances the degree of mixing at the microscopic level by utilizing
the random movement of material particles. Multiple mixing methods
operate in coordination to quickly mix materials of different
