Water Particle Flow Polishing Machine is a device that uses high-pressure water mixed with micron-level abrasives to form a high-speed jet, and achieves precision polishing of the workpiece surface through impact cutting and rolling. Its core features are cold processing (no thermal damage), nanometer-level precision (Ra≤0.1μm) and adaptability to complex surfaces, supporting efficient processing of hard and brittle materials (such as ceramics, semiconductors) and soft metals (such as copper and aluminum). By adjusting the water pressure (50-300MPa), abrasive type and jet angle, different effects such as mirror and matte can be flexibly achieved. It is widely used in ultra-precision surface processing of optical components, aerospace components, medical implants and 3C electronic products, and has both environmental protection (water circulation system) and automation potential (CNC machine models).
