Description:

Working principle:
The mobile soil, stone and gravel separator first transports the
mixture into the equipment through the feed port. The feeding
method usually adopts a belt conveyor or a vibrating feeder to
ensure a stable feeding speed and uniformity.
Separation process:
Gravity separation: Using the density difference of particles,
heavier stones and gravel will sink under the action of gravity,
and lighter soil will be lifted.
Screening: Separation of particles of different sizes by using
screens with different apertures. Usually, the aperture of the
screen can be changed as needed.
Water separation: In some cases, water flow is used to assist
separation, using the buoyancy of the water to separate the lighter
soil from the heavier gravel.
