High polymer adhesive film is commonly known as hot melt film or Macro-molecule film.It is solid under normal temperature,but after heating,it would become the flowing liquid, the adhesive,which infiltrates bonded materials completely and reacts. As the technology advances and new materials innovation,high polymer adhesive film can be used of liquid glue in lots of application field.

AF1045 adhesive film is three layers film with 50% adhesive resins,it has excellent pulverization effect with good peel strength. And all the raw materials are virgin,for which ensure the products quality stable and excellent processablity.

Application

AF1045 hot melt PE adhesive film is widely for aluminium-plastic composite panel and partial panels, which is used for exterior wall and interior wall decorative panel,ceiling and advertising signboard and display stand etc. The film is better to used for the aluminium coil thickness 0.25-0.45 mm of the ACP,.

Packages and Storage

1.12 Rolls/Pallet, 60-80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

2.Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
