Decriptions

The Polythene Adhesive film is used for aluminum composite panels (ACP) ,other kind metal like steel plastic composite products. Color is clear or white. It is solid at room temperature, and is an adhesive that fully infiltrates and reacts with the basic materials after being heated and melted. With the advancement of technology and the innovation of new materials, it can be used as a substitute for glue in many applications.

AF1050 adhesive film is three layers film with 55% adhesive resins,it has excellent pulverization effect with good peel strength. And all the raw materials are virgin,for which ensure the products quality stable and excellent processablity. The products can be successfully applied to the domestic and overseas market.

Application

AF1050 hot melt polythene adhesive film is widely for aluminium-plastic composite panel and partial panels, which is used for exterior wall and interior wall decorative panel,ceiling and advertising signboard and display stand etc. The film is better to used for the aluminium coil thickness 0.25-0.45 mm of the ACP.

1.12 Rolls/Pallet, 60-80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

2.Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
