Detection principle
The defect detection equipment outside the 2L sauce packaging
square barrel is connected to the front-end automation mechanism
(which can be directly connected to the conveyor line, and the
specific implementation method is to be determined according to the
production site), and the 2L sauce packaging square barrel is
stably and orderly transferred to the specific inspection process.
Then the high-pixel sample image captured by the industrial camera
is transmitted to the image processing software, and the good and
bad products are detected and determined by the AI artificial
intelligence algorithm, and the corresponding pneumatic components
are controlled to eliminate the bad products, and finally the
qualified products are output. The back-end conveying platform of
the testing machine can be connected to the automatic packaging
mechanism.

Delivery Time
