Inspection system description
The whole inspection system includes mechanical structure parts,
visual electronic hardware and AI inspection system software,
defects rejection device and counting device. The entrance and exit
of the detection system can be integrated according to the
customer's on-site conveyor line. The equipment can realize 7*24
hours of operation, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Pharma bottle inspection equipment is equipped with 5 sets of
industrial cameras to inspection the defects areas such as the
outside of bottle body, bottle lip. After the system collects the
sample images, the image processing software and the standardized
sample are compared and analyzed to determine the good and the
defective products. The detected defective products are
automatically eliminated online by compressed air. After the
finished product is detected, the counting function can be
realized, and the counting accuracy rate is 100%.
Remark:
Outside of bottle body inspection: program design: A set of optical
integrating cavity modules, using 4 sets of industrial cameras, can
detect the defects of bottle body defects such as black spots, oil
stains, yellow spots; bottle lip burrs and flash. The imaging
cameras do not interfere with each other. Take a comprehensive
image analysis around the bottle.
Bottle lip inspection: A set of industrial cameras are installed
above the bottle and be used together with a set of circular visual
light sources to detect bottle lip defects such as black
spots,injection incomplete, deformation, burrs and flash
This solution is for round medicine bottles with a height of
20~30mm. If you need to be compatible with other specifications,
the on-site operator needs to adjust the top light source and
camera when switching products, and adjust the focus of the top
camera.

Inspection performance as follows:
- Enabling and disabling the system detection function.
- Adjustment of the parameters and accuracy of detection indicators.
- Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage
and recall.
- Camera calibration
- Display system real-time production information (qualified rate,
total output, speed, etc.). Browse, export and store historical
production information.
- Perform authority management according to the login account (for
example, general operating users are prohibited from using
parameter adjustment permissions)
- Operation and adjustment of the mechanical parts of the system
(such as: conveyer system on/off, alarm signal adjustment)
