V. Installation

1. Requirement of the workshop arrangement :

If there are lots of machine needed to be installed, please refer to the attachment the workshop arrangement plan to keep the equipment in order.

2. Installation of the machine:

The machine should be installed at clean, flat and well ventilated floor, cushion rubber should be rovided under the bed plate, please fix the machine on the floor by the founding bolt to prevent shake and move when the machine is running, also to prevent undesired stop. The machine use 380V three phase power supply, the three R.S.T.pillars inside the control box are provided for power connection, another pillar is for earth connection, please make sure it is connected.

3. Cooling and lubricating method of the drawing line & the usage of the lubricating liquid:

A switch type sprinkle is installed on top of the primary drum, it doesn't affect the operation, No.1 and No.26 hole has separate lubricating line. For convenient operation, the lubrication liquid enter the machine from left side through a ball valve. When more machine are using together, a oil pond should provide for central cooling and lubrication system, also for filter dirt and copper chip, and cool down the lubricating liquid.

4. Using the Dies and wire pointing:

(1). Refer to the attached parameter of the mechanical elongation rate to configure the dies, the ies outer diameter is ф25mm, use high quality diamond of thickness 8 - 10mm or artificial synthesized dies to guarantee the quality and produce efficiency of the copper wire .

(2). Wire pointing:

Use a long plier clip tightly the head of the copper wire, Enwinding 2,3 rounds. Pull the wire strongly to breake it off,in order to reduce the section area. Use the long plier

cliping the end of the copper line. Passing the copper wire through the dies carefully, Use the long plier pull the wire out of the dies from the other side, Please notice the direction of the dies when pass the copper wire.

(3). Connecting the wire

The broken copper wire with a diameter more than Φ0.1mm broken can be connected by cold welder machine.

The copper wire diameter with less than Φ0.1mm broken Can be connected manually .

5. Using the bobbin

Maximum dimension of the bobbin: outer diameter 360mmф/Max, Capcity of loading is 40-60KG, before using the bobbin, you must revise the bobbin balance.
