• Very Narrow Aisle Fork-Type AMR CS Serie stype 1, which is based
on VFR-CL1 and enhances the load capacity and lifting height of the
robot;
• The VFR-CS1 adopts a "door frame chassis integrated design",
which greatly improves the load capacity and stability. The lifting
height can reach 5m in an extremely narrow tunnel width of 1.8m,
and 4m does not lose load;
• VFR-CS1 also adopts the "scissor extension tool" technology,
which does not require leg assistance and can be used to connect
with open and closed containers such as Tianzi pallets;
• The "3D Container Recognition Technology" of VFR-CS1 supports
stack stacking, enabling adaptive stacking of stacks at different
heights;
• Equipped with both 3D cameras and LiDAR for container
recognition, it can ensure container recognition capability in
various scenarios;
• Support the "VFR Large and Small Vehicle Storage" mode, allowing
for efficient operation of loading and unloading of large vehicles
and entry and exit of small vehicles, with division of labor and
cooperation.

can also be flexibly lifted to accurately dock with various
connection ports, and can be extended to high positions to achieve
efficient docking with heavy duty pallet rack; Seamless
coordination with elevators ensures safe, timely, and fully

Intelligence: The laser radar intelligently determines the angle of
the pallet fork hole and autonomously corrects it to complete the
pallet fork removal.
Security and stability: Considering the complexity of scene security from all aspects,
multiple types of sensors have been added, which comply with CE
certification and ISO3691-4 international standards.
High precision and efficiency: Our self-developed multi-sensor fusion algorithm utilizes SLAM
technology for global positioning, combined with QR codes and
reflective stickers for precise positioning, with a positioning
time of only 1.5 seconds.

chassis structure, ensuring stability under heavy loads and ground
