The SMC-8428 produced by Jiangsu Siming is a general-purpose
construction machine control system. The sensor is widely used in
the detection of height and slope, and its operation is simple and
reliable. Widely used in concrete paver, asphalt paver, milling
machine and other equipment. SMC-8428 is a flexible and efficient
control system. Its operating system is based on advanced
micro-processing technology and adopts CAN bus technology.
Chinese controller features
1. It adopts digital control mode, and forms a control network with
sensors through the CAN bus protocol. It can be compatible with
various CAN digital sensors on the paver, such as longitudinal
slope, transverse slope, etc., and has strong scalability.
2. The LCD screen displays real-time data, and all operation
interfaces are in Chinese or graphical prompts, making it easier to
master and more convenient to use.
3. The system has a self-diagnosis function, and the faults of the
system are clear at a glance on the display screen.
4. It is completely interchangeable and universal with the same
type of imported brand products, and can be used for paver, milling
machine, grader and other equipment.
Ultrasonic Sensor Features
Ultrasonic sensors: 6 in total. They all use original imported
military-grade high-power probes, which can be exchanged at will.
The installation height is 35 cm from the ground, and the last one
is about 50 cm from the newly paved asphalt surface.
1. The ultrasonic slipper sensor consists of 6 ultrasonic probes,
including 5 test probes and 1 environmental compensation probe,
with a large detection surface;
2. It is used on the balance beam to increase the amount of test
data. The five independent probes of the sensor work at the same
time, and only three data close to the actual detection value will
be used, so as to obtain the average value and make the road
smoother;
3. It completely replaces the G176 contact slope gauge to detect
the steel wire or curb benchmark, so that the leveling system can
eliminate the influence of steel wire vibration and sliding rod
drop on the smoothness of the road surface.
