Usage conditions:
The SMC-8018 produced by Jiangsu Siming is a general-purpose
construction machine control system. The front section of the
unilateral balance beam uses 3 single-probe sensors, and the rear
section uses a 6-probe shoe sensor. The shoe sensor can be used for
height detection, and its operation is simple and reliable.
SMC-8018 is a flexible and efficient control system. Its operating
system is based on advanced micro-processing technology and adopts
CAN bus technology. It is suitable for all kinds of imported and
domestic brand pavers, and is used for automatic leveling control
in the construction of supporting pavers.
Functions and Features:

boot-type sensor. It has the characteristics of 8008 simple design,
convenient and flexible operation, and affordable price. The
shoe-type sensor improves the measurement accuracy and

Chinese controller:
It adopts digital control mode and forms a control network with
sensors through the CAN bus protocol, which has strong scalability.
The system has a self-diagnosis function, and the system faults are
clear at a glance on the display screen.
Select different control modes according to the working conditions,
so that the system can adapt to the working conditions to achieve
the optimal control effect, and the equivalent beam length can be
adjusted.
Real-time data on the LCD screen, all operation interfaces are in
Chinese or graphic prompts, making it easier to master and more
convenient to use.
Ultrasonic sensor features:
High-quality high-power probes are used.
Use CAN bus bus system to exchange data with the controller.
Unique shape and structure for easy maintenance and repair
The compensation rod of the sensor and the internally set
temperature compensation can work independently or simultaneously.
All sensors are interchangeable.
The shoe sensor is composed of 6 ultrasonic probes. The 5
independent probes of the sensor work at the same time. Only 3 data
close to the actual detection value will be used to obtain the
average value.
The shoe sensor can replace the inclinometer walking curb, steel
wire or cotton thread, no mechanical wear, no sticky material.
