Description:
The heating vacuum adsorption platform is a branch of the ordinary
heating platform, which is an improvement on the basis of the
ordinary heating platform. The substrate for heating vacuum
adsorption platform mainly includes aluminum alloy porous structure
and honeycomb ceramic structure. The former is made of aluminum
alloy material, with a hard surface oxidation treatment, extremely
high flatness, and high thermal efficiency. The latter is
specifically developed for thin film substrate, greatly reducing
the defect of small hole collapse.
