Uses
The valve system to absorb, digest foreign technology, using
three-dimensional eccentric multi-levelmetal seal structure,
applicable to medium temperature = 550 ℃ metallurgy,electric power,
petrochemical.as well as to the drainage pipe for regulating fluid
flow and cut off the best device.
Features
1. The butterfly plate seal ring is a soft and hard laminated metal
sheet, which has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic
seal, and has excellent sealing performance regardless of low or
high temperature conditions.
2. The three-dimensional eccentric structure is adopted, and the
valve seat and the butterfly plate have almost no friction, and the
sealing function becomes tighter as it is closed.
3. The valve body sealing surface adopts surfacing stainless steel
and cobalt-based hard alloy, and the sealing surface is resistant
to wear and has a long service life.
4. The structure is unique, the operation is flexible,
labor-saving, convenient, and not affected by the high and low
pressure of the medium. The sealing performance is reliable and the
service life is long. The usual double eccentric butterfly valve is
shown as b (deviation from the center of the pipeline) and a
(deviation from the center line of the cover), the purpose is to
reduce the friction between the valve seat and the seal of about
15° stroke.
HPV adds a unique eccentric angle B. The inclined cone not only
overcomes all contact friction between the seal and the valve seat
during the opening and closing of the valve, thereby increasing the
service life, but also can adjust its sealing pressure ratio
arbitrarily by changing the external torque, making the seal more
reliable and never appearing.
