Ultrasonic Atomizer Nozzle Spray Coated Technology, also known as
ultrasonic nozzle, is an ultrasonic atomization spraying device
based on the principle of Langzhiwan transducer. The maximum
amplitude of ultrasonic waves is designed at the tip of the nozzle.
When the liquid is transported from the rear of the nozzle to the
tip, it is torn apart into small droplets by the high-frequency
ultrasonic oscillation at the tip, forming atomization. Then, a
certain amount of carrier gas can be used to deliver the liquid
mist to the sprayed object or specific space. Under the condition
of not exceeding the limit, the liquid atomization amount is only
determined by the liquid delivery amount and the working frequency
of the ultrasonic spray head

Improve Spray Efficiency :
To improve the ultrasonic atomization spraying effect of high
viscosity liquids, the following methods can be tried:
1. Change the temperature of the liquid, which is an important
factor affecting the viscosity of the liquid. Generally speaking,
the higher the temperature, the lower the viscosity. Therefore, by
heating or preheating the liquid, its viscosity can be effectively
reduced, thereby improving its fluidity and ultrasonic atomization
spraying performance.
2. Increase ultrasound power and reduce operating frequency.
Ultrasonic power and operating frequency are important factors
affecting ultrasonic atomization spraying. Through years of
practical experiments, a power range of 2-20w has been developed;

atomization. The advantage of this atomizer is that it can utilize
the force and turbulence of the air flow to make it easier for the
air flow to break into small droplets. Therefore, using dual or

ultrasonic atomization spraying effect of high viscosity liquids.
