Implants are pre packaged with a multi purpose fixture mount
(Fig.1), this fixture mount may be utilized as a indirect
impression coping. The fixture mount/impression copings are
fabricated with a emergence profile 1mm larger than the platform
diameter of the implant.
Indirect engaging, fixture level impression copings (Fig.2) for the
indirect impression technique are color coded in compliance with
the color coding scheme of Screw-Vent® implants. Green signals the
3.5mm platform and purple indicates the 4.5mm platform diameter
while yellow corresponds to the 5.7mm platform.

Impression copings consists of a symmetrically machined impression
coping body and separate screw. The screw should be flush with the
impression coping body once fully seated on to the implant. Each
platform group impression coping is machined in several emergence
profiles with the exception of 5.7mm platform impression copings.
3.5mm platform impression copings are available with emergence
profiles of 3.5 (catalog # HLT3/3), 4.5 (catalog # HLT3/4) and
5.5mm (catalog # HLT3/5) while 4.5mm platform impression copings
are produced with emergence profiles of 4.5 (catalog # HLT4/4), 5.5
(catalog # HLT4/5) and 6.5mm (catalog # HLT4/6). The 5.7mm platform
impression coping is produced in a single emergence profile of 6mm
(catalog # HLT5/6).
Direct engaging, fixture level impression copings (Fig.3) for the
direct impression technique are color coded in compliance with the
color coding scheme of Screw-Vent® implants. Green signals the
3.5mm platform and purple indicates the 4.5mm platform diameter
while no direct impression copings are available for 5.7mm platform
implants.

DHT3/4) and 5.5mm (catalog # DHT3/5) while 4.5mm platform
impression copings are produced with emergence profiles of 4.5
(catalog # DHT4/4), 5.5 (catalog # DHT4/5) and 6.5mm (catalog #
DHT4/6).

Abutment level impressions for already installed titanium Hex-Lock®
abutments are carried out with color coded plastic impression
copings (Fig.4). The color coding of the plastic impression copings
does not comply with the general platform color coding of the Screw-Vent® implant system but is designed to
indicate the emergence profile of the installed Hex-Lock® abutment. Blue represents a
3.5mm emergence and orange signals a 4.5mm emergence profile while
red designates a 5.5mm emergence profile impression coping. Yellow
represents the largest emergence profile of 6.5mm. All four
emergence profile impression copings are produced for straight
(catalog # ZOCIMP3S, ZOCIMP4S, ZOCIMP5S, ZOCIMP6S) and angled
(catalog # ZOCIMP3A, ZOCIMP4A, ZOCIMP5A, ZOCIMP6A) abutments
separately. Complete kits including the impression coping, analog,
temporary coping and burnout coping are also sold (straight catalog
# ZORKIT3S, ZORKIT4S, ZORKIT5S, ZORKIT6S and angled catalog #
ZORKIT3A, ZORKIT4A, ZORKIT5A, ZORKIT6A).

Abutment level impressions for already installed short titanium Hex-Lock® abutments are carried out with color coded
plastic impression copings (Fig.5). The short titanium Hex-Lock®
abutment impression copings are not compatible with regular
Hex-Lock® titanium abutment impression copings. Color coding of the
plastic impression copings does not comply with the general platform color coding of the Screw-Vent® implant system but is designed to
indicate the emergence profile of the installed short Hex-Lock® abutment. Orange signals
a 4.5mm emergence profile while red designates a 5.5mm emergence
profile and yellow indicates the largest emergence profile of
6.5mm. Impression copings are offered as a kit, including the color
coded plastic impression coping, plastic analog, temporary and
