1. Overview

The Rack Z Beam Roll Forming Machine is designed for manufacturing heavy-duty Z-shaped beams used in warehouse racking systems and industrial storage structures. It processes galvanized or cold-rolled steel coils with a thickness range of 1.5–2.5 mm. The production line includes a hydraulic decoiler, precision leveling, punching, roll forming, and automatic cutting system.
