    1.2 Profile

    The C cross bracing profile is made from 1.5–2.5mm galvanized or coated steel. Its C-shaped cross section ensures high rigidity. Pre-punched mounting holes facilitate assembly. Widely used in warehouse racks, shelving systems, and industrial storage frames.     Steel coils are fed through a hydraulic decoiler and guided into the roll former. The chain-driven roll former shapes the C profile with high precision. Hydraulic punching creates pre-drilled mounting holes. The hydraulic cutter trims each profile to length. The finished C cross bracing is collected neatly on the out table.
