The tilt tray sorter consists of several crucial components,
including tray carriers, conveyor systems, tilting mechanisms,
identification technologies, control units, and track frames, all
working in tandem through horizontal continuous conveying. Items
are placed on trays mounted on motor-driven carts, which move along
the track. When the carts reach their designated sorting locations,
the tilting mechanism activates, allowing items to slide off the
trays for seamless sorting.
