When the carts reach their sorting points, the tilting mechanism activates, allowing items to slide off the trays for efficient sorting.

For certain very small, light items, as well as irregularly shaped items that are not easily handled by other types of sorters like cross belt sorters, the tilt tray sorter can effortlessly achieve automated sorting. Tilt tray sorters are most suitable for processing large quantities of consumer-facing distribution centers, allowing batch selection and sorting of small products for discrete orders, such as e-commerce goods, retail apparel, omnichannel, third-party logistics, store replenishment, returns processing, and so on.
