Product Description
The tilt tray sorter, developed by Realkey, is an economical and
effective sorting device designed to manage small and medium-sized
packages efficiently. This innovative sorting solution is perfect
for a wide range of applications.
The tilt tray sorter consists of several essential components,
including tray carriers, conveying devices, tilting mechanisms,
identification systems, control systems, and track frames, all
functioning through horizontal continuous conveying. Items are
carried on trays mounted on motorized carts. When these carts reach
their designated sorting points, the tilting mechanism engages,
causing the items to slide out of the trays for sorting.
Thanks to its design, the tilt tray sorter can accommodate a broad
spectrum of items, from parcels and boxes to envelopes and even
cylindrical or spherical items that are difficult to sort using
conventional machines.
Depending on the specific model, the Realkey tilt tray sorter
achieves a processing capacity of around 7,200 to 10,800 items per
hour, effectively supporting the high-efficiency sorting
requirements of various sectors, including postal services, courier
operations, e-commerce, the fashion industry, and fresh produce
logistics.
