Realkey's tilt tray sorter, commonly referred to as the flip tray
sorter, is a practical and economical sorting solution tailored for
efficiently managing small and medium-sized packages. This advanced
device is designed to enhance sorting operations across multiple

The sorter integrates key components such as tray carriers,
conveyor systems, tilting mechanisms, identification solutions,
control units, and track frames, all functioning through horizontal
continuous conveying. Items are loaded onto trays positioned on top
of motorized carts, which travel along the designated track. Upon
reaching the sorting point, the tilting mechanism is activated,
causing the items to slide off the trays.
Thanks to its design, the tilt tray sorter is highly versatile,

to envelopes and cylindrical or spherical products that are
typically challenging for conventional sorting machines.
