Equipment introduction:
The thawing process of microwave applied to frozen food can be
divided into two types: temperature regulation and melting. The
temperature adjustment is generally about 4 to 2 °C near the
freezing point of water when the frozen product is thawed from a
lower temperature to water. At this time, the material is still in
the solid state and is easier to be machined, etc., which is also a
requirement of the refrigeration processing principle.

The characteristics of microwave drying machine:
It is mainly used for thawing of frozen pork in cold storage before
it is divided. This equipment has the characteristics of fast
thawing speed, high work efficiency and no pollution in the whole
process. It is more suitable for mass production of factories under
the action of high frequency radiation of electromagnetic waves.
Polar molecular vibration produces elastic collision with
surrounding molecules, and heat is observed. The heating method is
generated from the inside of the product material. The use of this
method to warm the food is low in production cost, high in
efficiency, no bacterial growth and floor space. The small
advantage is unmatched by other methods.
Advantages of microwave drying machine:
1. The frozen product can be heated back to the whole temperature,
which reduces the temperature non-uniformity between the thawing
layers of the frozen product, and there is no recrystallization
phenomenon when the frozen product is thawed by the conventional
method;
2. The time required for the thawing process is short, and
microorganisms such as bacteria are not easy to breed and grow;
3. Microwave heating without thermal inertia. The temperature rise
rate of the frozen material is controlled by the microwave output
power, or the microwave energy supply rate, and is synchronized
